2. License Grant VPNSEC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our VPN services strictly in accordance with this EULA. You may not modify, distribute, or resell any part of VPNSEC services.

4. Privacy & Data Collection VPNSEC values user privacy and does not store logs of user activity. However, certain minimal data may be collected to improve service performance and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
5. Termination VPNSEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of VPNSEC services.
6. Liability Disclaimer VPNSEC provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to the Agreement VPNSEC reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
